Chiamaka Nnadozie, the Super Falcons’ talented goalkeeper, has been officially named a finalist for the 2025 CAF Women’s Goalkeeper Award. This shortlist made her a strong contender for the award for three consecutive years.

This year’s CAF Awards aim to celebrate the excellence of players and the achievements of clubs and national teams. It highlights players and coaches who have made significant contributions to African football over the past year.

Earlier this year, the Brighton star won the Coupe de France Féminine award and has been shortlisted for the 2025 Best FIFA Women’s Goalkeeper Award.  She also played a crucial role in Nigeria’s 10th WAFCON triumph in Morocco earlier this year, where she was also named the Goalkeeper of the Tournament. 

The star player is in a bid to be crowned CAF Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year for the third consecutive time at the upcoming CAF Awards ceremony. The event will take place on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, in Morocco.
