Dr. Titilayo is a finance expert recognised for her commitment to promoting integrity and transparency in financial practices.

Dr. Titilayo Eni-Itan Fowokan, FCA, FCTI, FFAR, CEF, the 3rd President of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) Southwest Nigeria chapter, has emerged as the first female chairperson of the Ilupeju/Gbagada District Society of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Dr. Titilayo, a finance expert recognised for her commitment to promoting integrity and transparency in financial practices, is the fifth chairperson and notably the first female to lead the district society.

Notably, during her tenure as the President of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), she achieved many feats, including capacity-building initiatives, strategic partnerships, and the launch of the ACFE Southwest Nigeria website, which increased the society’s global visibility and accessibility.

In 2024, Dr. Titilayo bagged the Thomas Sankara Pan African Prize and is the current Head of Strategic Tax and Compliance, Dangote Industries Ltd.
