A Nigerian food vendor, Amoke Oge, has made history as a woman-led business to reach 500,000 deliveries on Chowdeck, one of Nigeria’s leading food delivery platforms. With an average order value of ₦4,600, the milestone translates to an estimated revenue of ₦2.3 billion.

Chowdeck celebrated this feat by sharing a video clip on its official X (formerly Twitter) account, showing Chowdeck CEO Femi Aluko (@femi_aluks) personally congratulating the founder, Hajia Amoke Odukoya.

According to the CEO, Amoke Oge was among the first 100 vendors to join the platform around two to three years ago. 

Since then, the business has steadily grown, cementing its presence in Nigeria’s competitive food delivery market and demonstrating the power of consistency and digital platforms in scaling small businesses.
