Summary

Layal Tinubu kicks off 2025 with an event hosting 50 women on a life transforming vision mapping to unlock greater heights in 2025. She also surprised a lady an item on her vision board.

Layal Tinubu, a Lawyer, philanthropist and entrepreneur, opened an application last December for women to join her on January 6th, 2025, for a programme she calls Vision Mapping for Greater Heights. The programme only admits 50 women from all walks of life who want to visualize their 2025 with Layla’s guidance.

In attendance was Oluwaseun Joan Stephen, founder of Patrick Stephen Purple Heart Foundation for Widows. Oluwaseun, who is a widow, uses her platform and foundation to advocate for widow rights, raise funds to support widows’ businesses and welfare, shatter evil stereotypes surrounding widowhood in Africa, and create a safe space for widows to heal and grow.

Oluwaseun, attending the vision party with some of her widow sisters, as she fondly calls them, and other women, was blown away when she received a car gift from Layal Tinubu after including a car in her 2025 vision board.

Seun took to her Instagram page to express her gratitude, citing that some family members have advised her in the past to use the foundation funds raised for widows to buy herself a car. Recounting the encounter, the family member said, “Seun, you are not wise.”

She also highlights Layla’s support for the widowhood foundation despite not owing her anything. She was grateful as owning a car has been one of her dreams.
