Summary

Admist separation from Nigerian Senator Ned Nwoko, Regina Daniels has revealed suffering several abuses in which she said included rape, injections, and being locked up. She also indicted the Nigerian police for locking up her brother Sammy, which she claimed was Ned weaponising state resources to force her back into their marriage.

Nigerian actress Regina Daniels has stated that she suffered a series of abuses she will experience when she returns to Ned Nwoko, from being injected to being raped.

On November 7, in a post shared on her Instagram page, she disclosed how she has no choice but to do whatever Ned wants her to do if it means getting her brother back.

Recall that Regina had accused Ned Nwoko of domestic violence on October 21, after which Ned ordered the arrest of Regina Daniels’ elder brother, Samuel Daniels.

“I give up! What was my brother’s offence? Fighting for his baby sister because his in-laws would always beat her up?” she wrote.

The 25-year-old actress revealed losing faith in the Nigerian justice system, alleging that Ned used his political power to influence her brother’s continued detention.

“I actually accorded the Nigerian police some respect, but shame on you all! It’s obvious the highest bidder always wins.” She added, “I will return if that’s the only way to do whatever he says, get injected to be like a zombie, get locked up and raped in the house. Only then will my brother return.”

Hours before Regina Daniels’ post, fellow actress Angela Okorie shared an emotional message of support and forgiveness on Instagram. Angela said she has chosen peace despite past misunderstandings with Regina and prayed for her healing.

“Dear Gina, despite the hurt, misunderstandings, and distance that have come between us, I have chosen peace,” she wrote. “It breaks my heart to see you go through difficult times, but my love for you remains steadfast.”
