Tonto Dikeh Clears Hospital Bills for Newborns in Abuja

Nollywood actress and activist Tonto Dikeh cleared hospital bills for babies born at a hospital in Abuja on August 22, 2026, as part of a maternity outreach. Hospital bills for babies born that day were waived, while new mothers received newborn care packages and direct financial support.

The outreach was organised as a birthday tribute to Pastor Jerry Eze’s 44th birthday,  with Tonto and members of the  New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle choosing to mark the occasion by supporting mothers and their newborns.

She also gave new mothers care packages containing essential items for their babies, while financial assistance was provided to mothers to provide additional support in the immediate period after childbirth.

Tonto has also been involved in humanitarian initiatives supporting women, children and vulnerable people. She has previously participated in outreach activities aimed at supporting people facing financial difficulties.
