Lt. Col. Anele, a member of Direct Regular Course 15 and the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), succeeds Major General Onyema Nwachukwu, who has been reassigned to the Nigerian Army Heritage and Future Centre. Her extensive background in military communications and public relations positions her well to lead the Army’s public engagement efforts.
Prior to this appointment, Lt. Col. Anele was reported to have completed a six-month strategic course at the Nigerian Army Resource Centre and served in the Department of Civil-Military Relations. She has also held the position of Public Relations Officer in the Office of the Chief of Army Staff, demonstrating her capability in managing high-level communication responsibilities.
