Meet Mustapha Adedoyin – Caterer & Albinism Advocate
- Why did you decide to participate in this pageant?
I joined this pageant to represent young women like me, those who are often overlooked or misunderstood. I want to show that albinism doesn’t limit our beauty, talents, or dreams. This is my chance to speak up, be seen, and help others see their worth too.
- What misconception about albinism would you like to change?
I want to break the idea that people with albinism are weak or incapable. We are strong, intelligent, and full of purpose. Albinism doesn’t define us. It’s just a part of our identity, not a limitation.
- What message or advice do you have for young girls with albinism?
You are enough. Never let anyone make you feel less because of your skin. You are beautiful, unique, and capable of amazing things. Be proud of who you are, and walk confidently in your light.
- What goals are you working toward in the next five years?
Over the next five years, I plan to grow my catering business, advance professionally in baking, and use my platform to spread awareness about albinism. I also hope to mentor young girls, helping them build self-confidence and believe in their dreams, just like I’m doing now.
Through this Albinism Advocacy Pageant, Adedoyin is stepping into the spotlight not just as a contestant, but as a voice of strength and representation. She is challenging stereotypes, uplifting her community, and reminding the world that every challenge can be turned into power.
