American singer-songwriter, actress, and producer Chlöe Bailey arrived in Lagos on December 15, sparking excitement across social media. Videos of Chlöe hanging out with Nigerian artistes like Burna Boy have quickly gone viral, making her visit a trending topic.

Chloe Elizabeth Bailey, also known as Chlöe, is an American singer-songwriter, record producer, and actress. Initially rising to fame alongside her sister Halle Bailey as part of the musical duo Chloe x Halle, Chlöe has successfully carved out her own path as a solo artist, producer, and actress.

 Beyond her musical talents, Chlöe has also showcased her acting versatility in films such as Last Holiday (2006), A Wrinkle in Time (2018), and Praise This (2023), along with her notable role in the TV series Grown-ish. Chlöe continues to demonstrate her wide-ranging abilities, establishing herself as a multifaceted entertainer.

The Georgia-born artist co-writes and produces much of her music, including hits from Chloe x Halle’s albums The Kids Are Alright and Ungodly Hour. Her visit to Nigeria, marked by her interaction with Nigerian artistes, further shows the growing cultural exchange between global and Nigerian artists.
