She made this announcement on Nov. 27, 2024, on X.
Funke, who stated she was so excited about her new venture, described the project as the culmination of years of dedication and a bold step into creating a community of luxury and comfort.
“I’m excited to share a transformative chapter of my life!” she wrote. “Jenifa Gardens is more than a real estate development; it is a space where dreams come true.”
The estate, located just two minutes from the coastal road and opposite the NNPC Filling Station in Eleko, Ibeju-Lekki, boasts world-class infrastructure, including a modern drainage system, tarred roads, 24/7 security, uninterrupted power supply, and a tranquil ambience enhanced by flowers and pools in every home.

This real estate project is announced amid preparations for her new movie, “Everybody Loves Jenifa,” which will air in cinemas on Dec. 13, 2024.
