Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has been honoured with a chieftaincy title by traditional rulers in Enugu State. The Enugu State Traditional Rulers Council gave her the title “Ugosimba 1 of Enugu” during her two-day official visit to the state on Monday, June 10, 2025.

The event took place at the Government House in Enugu, where the Enugu State Council of Traditional Rulers presented her with the title in recognition of her contributions to national development, humanitarian service, and the promotion of unity across Nigeria.
