Naija Feminists Media (NFM) has partnered with Women Radio FM 91.7 ahead of the 9th edition of the Voice of Women Conference and Awards (VOW2025).
Themed “Nigerian Women & The Power of Collective Action,” this year’s conference focuses on advancing women’s political leadership by centering grassroots women and engaging men as allies in the democratic process. The event is scheduled to take place on October 2, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the NAF Conference Centre, Abuja.
It will also spotlight grassroots mobilisation as a key factor in increasing the number of women elected and appointed to governance and leadership positions across Nigeria.
VOW2025 will feature plenary sessions, solution-driven workshops, storytelling, and policy dialogues designed to strengthen collaboration between female political leaders, grassroots networks, men allies, civil society, and institutional stakeholders ahead of the 2027 elections and beyond.
For NFM, this partnership emphasises its role as a leading feminist media platform in Nigeria by using storytelling, advocacy, and digital platforms to advance women’s visibility, leadership, and equality in governance. NFM will amplify the conference and awards across its platforms and audience network, extending its reach, influence, and visibility.
This collaboration shows a shared commitment to turning conversations into action, where women support each other and take on leadership roles.
