Outrage as Woman Shares Account of Rape Inside Her Home by Rejected Toaster

A woman has sparked outrage after sharing a harrowing account of being brutally raped in her own apartment by a man she had refused to give her number. In a video circulating on social media, she tearfully recounted the attack, which reportedly occurred on the morning of February 15, 2026.

According to her, she had struggled with insomnia and only went to sleep around 6 a.m. At about 9 a.m., she heard a knock on her door. Believing it was her neighbour, she immediately opened it. She said she was suddenly pushed back into her apartment. She was brutally raped, and the rapist reportedly inserted a face blade into her vagina, causing her to bleed.

In a series of screenshots shared online, the rapist reportedly contacted her on TikTok using the account name “Priston” (@priston186). In the messages, he reportedly claimed she had ignored him after previously complimenting him but refusing to give him her phone number. He also reportedly boasted that his father had the means to prevent the case from reaching court.

Social media users have expressed solidarity with the survivor and justice for her. @easyonflo on X wrote, “Justice for Mirabel. Justice for Mirabel. Justice for Mirabel.” 

Another user, @madukoko, said, “I really need to hope Mirabel gets all the love and help she deserves. She’s just a baby, omggg.” 

@Moreofnaomi added, “All rapists need to actually die fr fr. A rapist cannot be rehabilitated, idgaf.”

In solidarity with the survivor, Naija Feminists Media has demanded an immediate investigation and prosecution, calling on law enforcement agencies to act urgently and ensure that justice is served.
