Patience Ozokwo Features in Slawn x Nike Super Eagles Campaign

Veteran Nollywood actress Patience Ozokwo is among the standout faces featured in the new Slawn x Nike Super Eagles campaign, a collaboration that is drawing widespread attention online.

The campaign, created by Nigerian-British artist Slawn in partnership with Nike and the Nigerian national football team, reimagines the identity of Nigeria’s national football team through bold green accents, zebra-inspired patterns, feather motifs, and street-art-inspired designs. 

For the football-inspired project, Slawn painted an entire football pitch in Lagos with his signature artwork as a tribute to the Nigeria national football team. He has also previously worked with Nike on football-themed events featuring legends like Jay-Jay Okocha and Obafemi Martins.

Patience Ozokwo’s appearance in the campaign generated praise across social media, with many fans celebrating the inclusion of a Nollywood legend alongside Nigerian football stars Samuel Chukwueze and Tolu Arokodare, as well as football icon Jay-Jay Okocha.

Beyond the jersey release, the Slawn x Nike x Super Eagles collaboration is being described as a cultural moment that brings together football, fashion, art, and Nollywood while showcasing Nigerian creativity and influence on the global stage.
