On November 15, 2025, leading women in technology, fintech, and human resources from across Africa will gather at the PAWENpreneur Digital Summit 2025. The session will explore how gender inclusion drives innovation and sustainable growth across the continent.

The PAWENpreneur Digital Summit and exhibition 2025, a one-day virtual gathering celebrating African excellence and global relevance, will take place on November 15, 2025 by 9 am. The event will bring together women entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, innovators, and thought leaders from 39 African countries for keynote sessions, panel discussions, and fireside chats on innovation, inclusion, and leadership.

One of the summit’s most anticipated panels is “Innovation Without Inclusion: What’s Missing When Women Aren’t in the Room?”. The session will feature some of Africa’s leading female voices, including Yaza Kara (Zambia), Aicha Touré (Mali), Titilope Fakuade (Benin Republic), and Arinola Akinseye, FCIPM (Nigeria). It will explore the critical need for gender inclusion in innovation spaces.

Another key session, “Future-Ready: African Women Leading in the Age of AI,” will examine how women can embrace technology, upskill, and lead with impact. Moderator Catherine Ochako will join panellists Oluwatoyin Arowolo, Dr Pooja Gupta, and Hildah Ngondoki for this insightful discussion.

The summit will also address women’s health with the panel “Rewriting the Hormone Story: Navigating Perimenopause and Beyond.” Experts Itunuoluwa Johnson-Sogbetun, Dr Ronke Babajide, Dr Ifunanya Ilodibe MSc. CPHQ and Temitope Falade Aderibigbe will break the silence around hormonal health and celebrate every stage of a woman’s life.

The PAWENpreneur Digital Summit 2025 will run online from 9:00 AM WAT, followed by the Awards Gala Dinner at 4:00 PM WAT at The Zone, Gbagada, Lagos, Nigeria. Under the theme “African Excellence, Global Relevance,” the event promises a day of dialogue, networking, and recognition for women leaders across Africa.
