President Tinubu Praises Teens’ Exceptional Performance at TeenEagle Competition

President Tinubu praised Nafisa Abdullah, Rukayya Muhammad, and Hadiza for their exceptional feats at the TeenEagle Global competition in London, United Kingdom.

In recognition of their exceptional feat at the 2025 TeenEagle Global finals in London, the trio, Nafisa Abdullah Aminu, Rukayya Muhammad Fema, and Hadiza Kashim Kalli, received congratulatory messages from Nigerian president, Asiwaju Bola Ahmad Tinubu.

Earlier this week, Nafisa Abdullah was named the overall best in English language skills; Rukayya emerged best in debate, and Hadiza won the outstanding talent award (Gold medal).

Describing the trio as a shining example of the nation’s bright future. President Tinubu said, 

“The future of Nigeria is bright, with many of our young people embodying excellence and global competitiveness.”

The TeenEagle is a globally recognised competition that assesses participants’ English proficiency, communication skills, and critical thinking among students from English-speaking and non-English-speaking countries.

This year’s edition was held in London, United Kingdom. Nafisa outshone over 20,000 students from 69 countries to emerge victorious as the best in English Language Skills overall.
