After Spilt from Ned Nwoko, Regina Daniels Expresses Disinterest in Marriage 

Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has revealed that she is no longer interested in getting married following the breakdown of her marriage to her estranged husband, Ned Nwoko. She disclosed during a recent livestream session with TikToker Jarvis at her Children’s Day carnival held in Asaba, Delta State, on May 27, 2026.

Speaking about her current outlook on relationships and motherhood, Regina said she has mentally moved away from the idea of marriage, despite still wanting more children in the future.

“I have checked my mind out of getting married. But I am going to have a girl, and I must have a girl,” she said.

The actress explained that her strong desire to have a daughter is tied to what she described as the special emotional connection between mothers and female children. She also shared her belief that daughters are often more emotionally connected to their parents as they grow older.

Actress Regina Daniels and politician Ned Nwoko separated following a highly publicised marital crisis. The couple, who married in 2019, have been estranged since late 2025. In late 2025, videos surfaced showing Regina in distress, where she alleged she was experiencing domestic violence and that her husband sent thugs to attack her. She also accused him of manipulating her and trying to control her family.
